History

Dunlop Foam and Fibre is a division of Dunlop Living NZ Ltd and is New Zealand’s leading provider of foam and fibre for Furniture, Bedding and Industrial manufacturers. Dunlop Foam and Fibre was formed in 2009 when the Comfort Technologies (C-Tech) and Dunlop Foams businesses were merged, combining the strong Dunlop Brands with the technology and innovation of Comfort Technologies.

 

Technology

The Dunlop MaxFoam plants are state of the art and fully computerized. The plants in Auckland and Christchurch daily monitor ambient temperature, humidity and barometric pressure, and use this knowledge to achieve unparalleled product consistency.

An extensive investment in polyester fibre plant assures customers that Dunlop Fibre and soft fill products will provide unrivalled performance and comfort.

 

Environmental Commitment

Dunlop Foam & Fibre is committed to environmentally sustainable manufacturing and recycles all foam scrap generated from the conversion plant along with foam scrap collected from customers and other manufacturers.
