Dunlop Living is a manufacturer & supplier of polyurethane foams and polyester fibre and is also a manufacturer of furniture products, carpet underlay, beds, bedding products, nursery items, and other consumer products.

• reduce any contribution to the waste stream by focusing on increasing efficiencies in all aspects of our operation especially material conversion and labour utilization. This will be achieved by capital investment in latest technology plant, and specific, structured training of staff.
• recycle where possible, both internally and externally. (paper, cardboard, plastic, metal, timber,polystyrene, waste oil)
• replace raw materials, where possible, in an effort to use recyclable, reusable or renewable resources where possible. (underlay, starts & ends, flushing)
• inform all employees about this policy and encourage them to participate in all aspects of environmental management. (induction checklist)
• strive to continually improve our environmental performance. (electricity savings, waste monitoring, water consumption monitoring, H&S committee)
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure Dunlop Living maintains a high standard of compliance with current legislation. Dunlop Living will review any new legislation or environmental research to maintain a high standard of environmental compliance.
